Shipping policy

We ship orders within 2-3 business days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 6-10 working days. During holiday and vacation days, this might get delayed further.

We keep our online product inventory up to date.  We also sell at various craft and popup store events.  While we update our online inventory at these events, occasionally there is a 1 day delay and an online product is not actually available.  In the unlikely event that this happens we'll let you know.  All our bags are hand made and we'll be glad to make another just for you if you let us know.
